Sponsorship Benefits
PRE EVENT:

Pre-event promotional advertisements featuring sponsors logos will run from December 2007 to May 2008.

A dedicated awards website will feature sponsors logos on the homepage with a link to their company website.

Sponsors page of the awards website will feature sponsors logo along with a 200 word company profile.

The website will also provide information on the award categories, submission of nominations entries, entry criteria, regular news updates and table booking information.
AWARDS DINNER:

Sign posted meeting table with dedicated drinks service in the sponsors VIP area.

Sponsor will receive 1 table of 10 places in a preferential position at the awards ceremony.

Logo displayed at regular intervals on screen throughout the event.

Logo insertion on the dinner menu placed at every seat on every table at the event.

Sponsor will nominate an executive to announce and present the trophy to the winner of the sponsored category.

The sponsor will have one full colour advertisement in the Winners Brochure. The sponsor’s advertisement will appear along with the sponsored category, category finalists, winners name & sponsors company profile.
POST EVENT BENEFITS:

A pictorial review of the night’s proceedings will be posted on the website and a review published in Seatrade.

Sponsor has first refusal on sponsorship of the same category the following year
