Pre Event
- Branding exposure in all pre-event advertising, e-mailer and collateral
- Event website will feature Sponsor’s logo on the homepage with a hyperlink to the Sponsor’s corporate website
- Sponsors webpage of event website will feature Sponsor’s logo along with a 200-word company profile
Awards Dinner
- Sponsor will receive one table of 10 places at the Awards dinner
- Logo prominently displayed at regular intervals on projector screen
- Logo featured on the dinner menu placed at every table
- Sponsor will nominate an executive to announce and present the Award trophy to the winner of the sponsored category
- One full colour advertisement in the Souvenir Programme. The Sponsor’s advertisement will appear along with the sponsored category, category finalists and Sponsor’s company profile
Post Event
- Post event coverage will be published in the event website as well as in Seatrade magazine
- Sponsor has first right of refusal on sponsorship of the same category the following year (conditions apply)
- One year complimentary subscription to Seatrade magazine
